Olive and fig compote, cooked with vinegar and sugar, chutney style.

To be enjoyed on toast with LES NIÇOIS mini focaccias or to stuff cherry tomatoes, mixed with eggs and flavor an omelette.

Made in an artisan workshop. No preservatives, no colorings, no artificial flavors.

Composition: ogreen and black olives, sugar, fig, vinegar, pectin.
