Product delivery method

Bouiboui Shop delivers its products in France and Europe. The products are shipped with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated when you placed your order. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.

Bouiboui Shop can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not being its fault.

Delivery times are given for information only. In the event of non-compliance, the buyer has neither a right to rescission or termination of the contract, nor the right to claim damages for any reason whatsoever.

Compliance

Bouiboui Shop undertake to provide you with goods that comply with your order and the French legislation in force.

In case of non-compliant delivery, you have up to 15 days after the delivery date to send your complaint to Bouiboui Shop. In the case of a return of goods, the return costs are your responsibility.

The buyer before placing an order is required to find out about the preparation of the latter, by referring in particular to the list of allergens which can be found on the product page of the website. It is up to the buyer to know his intolerances or allergies. In any case Bouiboui Shop cannot be held responsible for the lack of knowledge of these elements.

Warranty against hidden defects

The Products are subject to the conditions of the legal guarantees provided for in Articles L.211-4 to L.211-14 of the Consumer Code.

Pursuant to the provisions of article 1641 and following of the Civil Code, Bouiboui Shop is bound by the guarantee against hidden defects, i.e. "hidden defects of the thing which make it unsuitable for use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use, that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lower price for it, if he had known about them”.

You are solely responsible for the choice of products, their conservation from delivery and their use. Under no circumstances can Bouiboui Shop guarantee that the order will meet your specific expectations.

Retention of title

In accordance with the law of May 12, 1980, the products delivered to you are sold subject to retention of title. The transfer of ownership is subject to full payment of the price of the Products, on the due date agreed between the parties.

The products therefore remain the property of Bouiboui Shop until full payment of the orders.
