Ingredients: Prince Noir de Biscay pork throat and liver*, duck foie gras from Ferme Brougnon, salt, pepper, garlic and a pinch of love.
*Pork from Ferme de Bruyère (40410 PISSOS), raised in the open air, fed with cereals from the farm
