
BIBO (Burn In Burn Out) contains fiery red chilies that have been co-fermented with Rwandan coffee roasted by @nomadcoffee. To balance it out, sherry vinegar and a very good honey are added.
This sauce gives a gentle warmth and the coffee brings subtle aromas of caramelized almond and yellow plum.
